For most city breaks, we recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred hotel and restaurant reservations. That said, our concierge team can often arrange 72-hour notice bookings for certain destinations — contact us to check availability for last-minute breaks.

Absolutely. We offer full corporate invoicing, expense-ready itemised receipts, and dedicated account management for businesses booking travel for executives or teams. We offer flexible cancellation terms: full refund up to 14 days before departure, 50% refund between 7–14 days, and credit (valid 12 months) within 7 days. For corporate accounts, bespoke policies can be negotiated. Full terms are outlined in our booking confirmation.
