How much advance notice do I need to add a leisure extension? +

We recommend a minimum of 48 hours, though we've successfully arranged same-day extensions in exceptional circumstances. The more notice you give us, the better the experiences we can secure — particularly for high-demand restaurant reservations and museum access. For corporate team extensions, we recommend at least one week's notice.

Can my company claim business travel extensions as a corporate expense? +

This depends entirely on your company's travel policy. We provide fully itemised invoices that clearly separate business and leisure components. Our Corporate tier includes travel policy compliance tools that can automatically filter expenses according to your organisation's specific guidelines. We recommend consulting your finance or HR team. Some companies operate an "extended trip" policy that covers additional accommodation when it reduces the total cost versus returning and rebooking for another trip.

What happens if my business meetings overrun into my extension period? +

This is exactly why we provide 24/7 concierge support during your trip. We monitor your situation in real time and adapt the leisure itinerary accordingly. Restaurant reservations can be moved (we maintain relationships with front-of-house teams who accommodate our clients). Museum access can be rescheduled.
